To whom it may concern
Dear Prospective Client,
It is my pleasure to offer my unreserved recommendation for Susan Mattoon as a qualified and caring real estate agent.
I have known Susan for 8 years as a very caring and supportive friend. She is a diligent, hard worker with an eye for seeing what can be done to make a home more pleasing, spacious and desirable. As we put our home on the market in 2016, we thought it wouldn’t have any trouble selling. We loved the home and thought others would as well. Initial recommendations of what we should do to sell it were taken hesitantly, but we trusted our realtor and did very little to prepare the home.
After having our home on the market for a month, with my husband and I being separated for two months already, only four people came to see the house and with no offers. We were becoming anxious that our transition to the other side of the country would become a heavy burden if we couldn’t sell it soon. Susan came alongside us and gave advice on what to do to make it more attractive to prospective buyers.
Once we followed Susan’s advice, we painted two rooms, cleared rooms a bit more and let her stage our home inside and out. Within three days of new photos being posted with the changes, our house had three offers for more than we were asking.
Susan will care enough about you, your family and your home to work diligently to bring buyers in to sell your home. She will help make your home the best it can be and most desirable it can be so that prospective buyers can see the potential and benefits of your home and make it their own home. I know that she will strive to give you the same results as we experienced as she puts her passion, effort, talents and heart into selling your home.
